1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Bloom mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bloom is a productivity application that helps users:

• Create and manage tasks with 24-hour challenges
• Build daily routines with scheduled reminders
• Use AI-powered voice features to generate tasks
• Track completion history and progress

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must sign in with a valid Google account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You must not share your account credentials with others

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You Agree To:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Keep your content appropriate and non-offensive
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4.2 You Agree NOT To:

• Use the App to transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the App
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

5. AI Features and Content

5.1 AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated task suggestions are provided "as-is"
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated tasks

5.2 Voice Data

• Voice recordings are processed for transcription only
• Voice data is not stored after transcription
• Transcriptions are used to generate task suggestions

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

• You retain all rights to the content you create (tasks, routines, etc.)
• You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content to provide the service

6.2 Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for your content
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
• We are not responsible for user-generated content

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Free Tier

• Bloom is currently offered as a free service
• We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future

7.2 Future Paid Features

• If paid features are introduced, pricing will be clearly communicated
• Existing free features will remain free
• Subscriptions will be billed through Google Play Store

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

• The App, including its design, code, and features, is owned by Bloom
• "Bloom" and associated logos are our trademarks
• You may not use our intellectual property without permission

8.2 Feedback

• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used without compensation
• We are not obligated to implement any feedback

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Data Backup and Loss

10.1 Your Responsibility

• While we implement backup systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups
• We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures or other causes

10.2 Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access

11. Termination

11.1 By You

• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
• Upon deletion, your data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy

11.2 By Us

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
• We may discontinue the App with 30 days' notice

12. Disclaimers

12.1 "AS-IS" Service

• The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or always available
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Google, OpenAI, etc.)

12.2 No Professional Advice

• The App is for productivity purposes only
• It is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months
• This limitation applies even if we were advised of possible damages

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by:

• Posting updated Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Requiring acceptance for significant changes

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
